RCU Online Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
UserName
Redwood Credit Union has introduced a new feature for your online security. Once you complete the short registration process, you will then use your UserName to start logging in to RCU Online banking instead of your account number.
It's easy to get started. Once on RCU Online banking, just enter your account name and password as you normally would. Then you create your own UserName for this account. Select a UserName that you will remember later, for example "DogLover" as you will be using it to log in to RCU Online from now on. There are only a few rules to follow when coming up with your UserName.
- Your UserName must:
- Be 8-15 characters in length
- Start with a letter
- NOT have any special characters - only letters and numbers are allowed.
- Pick a UserName you will remember
Once you have filled in your account number, password and selected a UserName to be used for logging in, then click Continue.
