RCU's RedwoodRewards Plus, is a new Member benefit that allows you to earn valuable rewards each time you use your Redwood Credit Union (RCU) Visa Debit (signature-based transaction Only) or Credit Card!
Q: When can I redeem my points?
A: You can redeem your points at any time starting with as few as 750 points for downloadable rewards, 2,500 for merchandise, or 3,500 for travel.
Q: Can I combine my RedwoodRewards Plus points with other programs?
A: Points may not be combined with or transferred to other rewards programs. However, your points earned by using your RCU Debit and Credit Cards will be combined with each other — so the more you use your RCU cards, the more your point total will grow!
Q: Do RedwoodRewards Plus points expire?
A: The points may be redeemed for up to four years from the month they’re earned.
Q: How do I check my RedwoodRewards Plus points?
A: Your point summary is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week online or by calling Member Services at: 1 (877) 532-7785.
